Free-shipping threshold · 包邮门槛

When a customer's subtotal reaches this number AND they pick Standard delivery, shipping is free. The Cart shows a progress bar — "¥XX more for free shipping" — that fills up as they add items. · 当顾客小计达到该金额且选择标准配送时,运费免除。购物车会显示"再凑 ¥XX 包邮"的进度条,随加购上涨。

Set high to push average-order-value up; set low (or 0) to be more generous. Set to 0 for "always free shipping" on standard delivery.
This is the global default — it applies to any address whose delivery zone leaves "Free-over" blank, and powers the Cart's "¥XX more for free shipping" bar. A zone with its own Free-over (edit a zone above) overrides this for that area.
Same-day delivery never qualifies for free shipping — it always charges its own fee.

Shows as a "Packing fee" line on the pickup checkout breakdown. Delivery orders keep their own per-zone packing fee (set under Delivery zones).

The daily window customers can choose to collect an order at checkout when they pick Store pickup. Times outside this window are blocked. Pickup itself is turned on per store (Kitchen app → Products → Stock view → ✏️ edit a store → "Offer store pickup"). · 顾客在结算选择"到店自提"时可选的每日取货时间窗,窗口之外不可选。自提开关在每个门店单独设置(厨房端 → 产品 → 库存视图 → ✏️ 编辑门店 → "提供到店自提")。

      All-time paid units per product, shown as a corner cap on shop cards and home blocks. Low-sellers stay neutral (no badge) so we don't advertise a weak number. · 显示在商品卡片上的全期销量标签;低于阈值则不显示。

      Shows a chat-bubble button on the Me tab, checkout, and order pages. Tapping opens a chat with your team. WeCom (企业微信) is the preferred mode — customers get a live conversation with a staff agent.

      Three options. WeCom is best for ongoing conversations. WeChat 客服 is the lightweight built-in. QR code is the fallback when neither is set up yet.
      WeCom: Sign in at work.weixin.qq.com → 客户联系 → 客服 → add a 客服账号 → bind your mini-program AppID → copy the corp ID and the open URL below.
      WeChat 客服: A 公众号客服 account linked to the mini-program AppID. No setup beyond linking.
      QR code: Upload a personal-WeChat or staff-WeCom QR. Tapping the button shows the image; customers long-press to add.

      Both values come from your WeCom 客服 admin page after you bind the mini-program AppID. The mini-app calls wx.openCustomerServiceChat({ corpId, url }) with these.

      Powers the Me → Help & FAQ screen in the mini app. Each question stores both EN and 中文 — the customer's language picks one. Changes appear in the mini app within ~60s (config cache TTL). The contact bar at the bottom of the FAQ screen reuses the WeChat customer-service settings above and the optional phone number — set those in the Customer service panel.
